Vision
Industrial Engineering Program University of Indonesia will be a leading program by producing high quality graduates, researches and services for national and international manufacturing and service industry.

Education Mission
Our mission is to prepare our students as future High Quality Industrial Engineers who are able to systematically design and analyze as part of a team for national and international manufacturing and service industry.

The mission was built with the knowledge that system approach is crucial in solving engineering problem and that team work is a capability that our engineers must have the world most likely working in a team. We also believe that education mission has to be simple, easy to understand to our stakeholders (which included students).

Why Teamwork? Almost all problems in engineering require different backgrounds of engineers to be solved. Teamwork Spirit, or we define it as the ability to work as a team, are crucial in the workfield of an engineer. Based on our graduates experience that they are having difficulty to work as a team because the lack of knowledge on methods and importance of teamwork.

So from the beginning, students were given projects, homework, or field trip that enable them to practice the art and methods of teamwork (group) so when they graduated they won’t have the same difficulty.
